Great breakfast sandwiches! Very good lunch, fresh local ingredients. I have food, breakfast and sometimes dinner here regularly, food is always good, staff is very nice, its quiet comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal or take out.

We absolutely love Local Flavor in our office! They consistently fulfill our large orders, and the quality of the food is outstanding. I still have yet to try everything, but it has all met or exceeded my expectations. The team at Commercial Investigations adores Local Flavor Cafe!

I absolutely adore this place! I've visited three times in the last two months. While I've tried various menu items, I keep coming back for the same one. The options include feta, tomatoes, and spinach, or broccoli and cheddar. They offer a generous portion for just $5.95. There's also a special that includes a salad for $7.95. The salad is enormous and filled with a variety of fresh vegetables and mixed greens.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by one of the owners, who was not only pleasant but also knowledgeable. She happily informed me that they offered gluten-free bread, so I went ahead and ordered breakfast. The café itself was impeccably clean, inviting, and had a cozy atmosphere with reading materials available. It’s a great place to sit back, enjoy a meal, and perhaps strike up a conversation with fellow diners. My breakfast was delightful, featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, house-made sausages, and two slices of gluten-free toast. They even have a variety of gluten-free desserts! I spent about an hour there, casually chatting with other patrons while enjoying my coffee and waiting for my car to be ready. Local Flavor has expanded their menu to include lunch and house-made soups, among other offerings. I’m looking forward to my next visit to see their daily specials and am excited to see how they continue to grow as a business.
