Taqueria La Parrilla Watkinsville

The restaurant in Watkinsville has been my go-to spot for years. The food, particularly the grilled chicken and queso, is outstanding - the best in the city, in my opinion. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They treat me like family, and even those I know personally make a point to greet me, regardless of whether they are serving my table or not. After 8 years of dining here, it has become one of my favorite traditions.

This is the best Mexican food in Athens, or anywhere for that matter! I adore Mexican cuisine and have never found a restaurant that can compare. The service is fantastic, the kitchen is extremely fast, and the food is always delicious. The cheese dip is incredible! My family and I come here almost weekly and absolutely love it.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food and service are consistently fantastic. Every staff member goes out of their way to greet us or wave, making us feel like part of their family every time we visit.

La Parrilla is the best. Best people, best food, best. Have the fajita quesadilla and thank me later.

Best Mexican food in Athens hands down. One of the only sit down restaurants in town that I can go to on lunch break, because they have my food out super fast and its always great.
