Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Watsonville

This is the first time I had a bad meal with Popeyes. The Koleslaw had looked strange taste with a slime?....that went into the garbage?. The cookie was hard. I had the box and the food was packed in separate containers?. My shrimps were in a small box, the cookie was packed in paper. Hopefully next time will be better.

Amazing service i love coming here the nuggets are so juicy and i love the taste of sweet heat.

This is the third time I visit Popeyes here in Watsonville and I am highly disappointed in the service. First time, they gave me the wrong order, second time one item once missing, and today Luis a young arrogant fellow/attendant confronted me when I asked for a buffalo sauce. Demanding me to pay for it because it was company policy , I was more then happy to pay but his arrogance and his demeanor was offensive and extremely unprofessional. Message to the Manager- Please train your employees to prepare and bag the correct orders and more importantly train them to exceed in customer service!!! ..because you just lost a customer.

I am never gonna eat at Popeyes ever again. For $40.00 I got 5 chicken tenderloins and 3 half-sized tenderloins falsely totalling a count of 8 tenderloins. Plus 4 small cardboard tasting dry crumbly buttermilk bisquits (didn't get no butter). And a very small potato and gravy side-dish (single serve). Didn't get no sauces I forgot to ask and they forgot to ask me as well. Oh! And no drinks. The 8 piece tenderloins chicken meal does not include drinks. Am I missing something here. I got severely misled by corporate greed of money per/food value. Fool me once is enough to say...Never Again!

When I was placing my order I was told by the cashier they were out of tea, then another worker from the back told him they had tea. So I finished my order and went outside to wait. After the person that was in front of me got their food I stood by the counter to receive mine. They got 1 star because he asked if I wanted napkins. After I answered his question he just stared at me, then I said I would like my tea too. I saw him walk to the drinks and poor coke in a cup and brought that to me. I reminded him I ordered tea. He then went back for my tea. When I got to my car I looked into my bag to see if everything else was ok. I noticed I was missing a utensil for my mac n' cheese. I went back and got my spork and another person was in there for the same thing. I got back to my car and I figured I would count my tenders when I found this nugget. By the way the biscuits looked and taste like they have been sitting a long time. I didn't want to go back in and will not go back there for food.
