Hillery's Bq - Waukegan

Hillery is fantastic. My wife brought me to Hillerys because she's out of the area. She also knows how much I love delicious food. She wasn't dissappoint. Beef Brisket Sandwich was fantastic and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Hillerys is definitely one of the best bbq places in the area. Forget trying to call your order in. I've been successful at that once. Just have to go there and place your order. And wait like everyone else! The rib tips are my favorite. Comes with 3 slices of white bread to help keep your hands clean lol. I drive an hour one way to get them. The mild bbq sauce is excellent and the hushpuppies are perfection. Try it for yourself when you want some good bbq!

Every time I’m in Waukegan I hit them up! They didn’t have any catfish ready but made some for me since I was in from out of town! Great place every time! The rib tips are great too!

Great bbq spot rob tip and catfish are amongst my favorite. Make sure you order ahead of time if not you’ll be waiting. But then again you can’t rush good food. My recommendation is definitely the catfish

I absolutely love Hillerys! I've never had a bad meal here—everything is always fantastic! The service is good, the place is very clean, and the food is consistently delicious. If you enjoy dining out as much as I do, you understand how important consistency is. You can always count on it tasting just as good as it did the last time!
