I 'll change my review back to five stars when they bring back the bagel crust on the bagelrito. this taco version stinks compared to the original. so disappointed. DEAR CORPORATE, IF IT AIN 'T BROKE DON 'T FIX IT. if you made this change to save adollar in your own pockets, all i have to say is you 're being selfish.

I'm really frustrated with this place. It's disappointing, especially when the only entrance is open. It would be better if they just closed down. It's so unreliable—there have been many times when I couldn't even get in. I'm tired of wasting my time driving all the way from Brookfield to meet a friend here. Just close it already!

The restaurant is advertised as open on weekdays until 2:00 AM, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I was there for only 20 minutes, arriving at 1:50 AM on April 29, 2022, and they closed early. It's disappointing when they don't stick to their posted hours. Why is that acceptable?

I placed an order on the website for 8:00 AM and arrived at 7:56 AM to pick it up. Unfortunately, my shake was melted, and the food was cold. I expressed my concerns and requested that my food and shake be remade, but the staff member I spoke with was quite rude. After they remade my order, I went home only to find that they had gotten it wrong. Instead of a French toast bagel, I received a plain bagel. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had. I would rate it 0/10 and definitely do not recommend it.

I'm lowering my rating to 1 star. Having only the drive-through open is frustrating. They should just shut down this location altogether. It's so unreliable; often, you can't even go inside because they're short-staffed. Just close it! I'm really tired of wasting my time driving all the way from Brookfield just to meet a local friend.
