Scrima's Pizza - Waukesha

Scrima's pizza is not just pizza!!! We commissioned Scrima 's to Cater My Daughter's wedding and Joe Scrima himself took care of our special day! I gave Scrima 's a 5-star review because the food and service was exceptional! The buffet included Flavorful Chicken, homemade Italian Sausage Slider (Delicious), Gluten Free Pasta Salad, Potatoes and a healthy organic Spring Mix Salad. The dessert table... There were at least 8 desserts to choose from and My personal favorite was the Cannoli Dessert. The texture was soft in the middle and crispy (with chocolate) on the outside Absolutely Wonderful! At 10 a.m. we asked that they bring out the Woodfire Pizzas and continue to exceed our expectations! When a pizza was put on the table, she was gone! There were different types of pizza (Pepperoni, Deluxe, Sausage and Cheese) and all guests enjoyed each of them! The crust on the pizza was crispy, tasteful and chewing and the toppings were well seasoned and well paired together. Delious pizza! I have eaten their pizza at least a dozen times. They are located inside the Waukesha Woodmans. I usually call ahead to have a custom take and bake pizza. They will also bake it for you if you prefer.

Best authentic Italian pizza. For an extra special treat, go to the Waukasha Farmer's Market where they have a wood burning oven at their booth. Order the Breakfast Pizza....sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs with a homemade Alfredo sauce. Delicious!!!

You wouldn't expect to find some of the best pizza in Waukesha inside of Woodman's but it's so good!
