Pizza Ranch - Waupun

Went for a night out with friends special ordered a pizza didn’t get. Only had 2 3 pizzas, no chicken, and both ice dispensers were apart! Terrible. Never going back!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We tried to order online in order to get a deal, it continuously said ERROR. Because time was wasting, I phoned an order in, I was told I couldn't get the deal. When we picked the pizzas up, the boxes were barely warm. It took 15 minutes to get them home. The pizzas were barely warm. The cheese wasn't even stringy anymore. I do believe our order was made way ahead of our pick up time. We spent a fair amount of money, couldn't get the deals, and our meal wasn't even warm to eat. For a $15 buffet I wasn't impressed. First the bottoms of some of the plates had food gunk on them. After I made a salad I couldn't find the Italian dressing (pretty common for any salad bar) a worker said they would get it in a week. Doesn't do me any good now. Half of the pizza looked like it had been there a while. The chicken and mash were good. There wasn't much for deserts. The soft serve only had a tiny cup to put it in no cones. Ended up taking a cup from the soup to fill with the soft serve as I saw another customer do exactly that. Personally wouldn't visit here again just too expensive for what you get.
