Mt Duneed Estate - Waurn Ponds (VIC)

Been here a few times recently, food is good but service was ok as we all had to get up and all go to the bar to order our food and drinks, not sure why as other tables had service by staff. The lamb was pockets were nice but need more choices of the cheaper side of the menu. Dessert wasn't as good as the panna cotta the previous month.

Exceptional food and service in a lovely setting. Share plates a very generous so also good value. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

This was my second time having lunch there and to be honest, I feel the the venue is very under staffed and the staff they do have need a-lot of training. The venue is stunning and the food was good. The acoustic music was loud and especially when you’re there to socialise with your guests. We had to talk loudly to hear each other talk. I would return, I’d hope in the future they

Eating was cold, braised bark had no taste like sticky slag. Octopus grills over boiled hard. coffee cold and was served before dessert arrived, I think that was forgotten. we sat in a design cold was happy, after home to a hot cuppa not a pleasant experience
