Olive Garden Italian - Wausau

I had a fantastic lunch at Olive Garden in Wausau today. The restaurant was bustling during lunchtime, as one would expect, but I was promptly seated and served within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making my dining experience pleasant. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The breadsticks were amazing and the pasta was very good. I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were spacious and enjoyable. If you have difficulty with steep stairs, be sure to request a room on the first floor as there is no elevator. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

My family and I went to this restaurant yesterday at noon and waited for about seven minutes in the lobby before anyone noticed us. The female host was seated at the bar and it was the bartender who had to alert her to come and seat us. Even after she was aware of our presence, she took her time coming over to us. When she finally approached our table, she asked how we were doing and we responded politely. However, when we asked her the same question, she responded rudely, saying she was only peachy. This would have been acceptable under normal circumstances, but my wife is currently pregnant and standing for too long is uncomfortable for her. Thankfully, the server was very kind and made up for the host's lack of hospitality. The host should consider finding a more suitable job, perhaps in a call center or something less demanding.

I am disappointed that the front of house staff seemed more focused on their shifts than greeting guests. The food was tasty but overly salty. It was hard to get the attention of the waiting staff as they were all gathered in the bar area chatting.
