Woman manager was rude to me, gave us a completely wrong order, wanted us to drive it back to give it to someone else maybe?? She would NOT confirm she was going to throw away the pizza! then said she’s not “giving us two free pizzas” I PAID for my pizza, that I did not get, I paid for cheese sticks, that I did not get, and drove to pick it up, then I was expected to just drive back again?? That’s not convenient for me, that’s what fast food is, convenient. Didn’t even offer a credit so I wouldn’t have to drive back and I offered to send a picture of the pizza. So I tried to eat the wrong order and didn’t like it but at least my family does. I asked to talk to someone above her because she was so rude and she refused but when I called back to let her know we wouldn’t be back to pick up correct order another manager was there… i wish I had time to get even more detailed then this because that “manager” was so inappropriate.

My family and I went to Little Caesars the other night which was very kind of them. My youngest daughter was eating pizza and she found a fingernail that tells me they do not wear gloves.

Wow! The manager, I think he said his name is Jackson, was extremely polite, he treated everyone with respect, especially to his employees. I haven't seen that level of respect in a long time.

The pizza looked dry and tasted worse than it looked.
