Bidra med feedbackFood is good to suck service, especially to go to orders. If you go to an order, especially on Friday or Saturday, whatever the estimated time is given, add 20-30 minutes. I understand they're busy and after, but you never have an excuse. The girls behind the counter do not seem to know the word is sorry, they do not seem to care. It is obvious that they never receive any form of customer service training. The really frustrating pay everything you 're screwed up weather you pick up our have delivered it. Even with a stroke, the charges are ridiculous. An order that costs $86 to pick up is $126 without tip. And again, this is with the pass. So, pay through the nose or are treated with complete apathy. Your choise. It's a shame because the food is good again.
Everything I order here is always hot, well cooked and well seasoned. It is nice to have a place close to where I can guarantee that I am happy after I have eaten it.
In this restaurant with 7 family members. None of the dinners came out on time. The time from the first dinner to the last dinner was 40 minutes. Three of the six dinners came cold and when we visited the manager, it took 30 minutes to get to the table. The manager was rude and argued? So you all have to eat? re so busy it takes time to get food?. Never again!
Dang! Do not expect this service level! Sydney is the best server I met in Waxhaw. It is friendly, fast, professional, expected needs, makes good suggestions, follows up and is on the details. HINT: Sydney would be an amazing trainer for existing employees and new rents. I often get sushi and I hope Sydney is here the next time.
I would have loved the pineapple fried rice had fresh pineapple been used. The orange beef and Dragon rolls were both good , hey ! I am easy to please and I shall return .
