Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza Wayne (new Jersey)

A reservation means nothing, so the manager told us... corporation wants to have there name out there so they always say they have seats available even though they still make you wait . Your name goes on the waiting list even with a reservation.

The food at Anthony’s is always good we love the “well done” pizza. And even though our server was doing his best to keep up, the restaurant seemed very under staffed. And the bartender(s) were dreadfully slow... Why should it take 15 minutes to pour a first glass of wine and draft beer? This has been our same experience at multiple locations of Anthony’s. If they served drinks quickly we would be inclined to order more. This is a basic concept that they always miss...

Cocktails were not well prepared. Bartender could be a bit more generous with the liquor so the drinks have some flavor. Think you could serve in proper cocktail glasses and not the type for water. Step it up !!!

Glad to see drastic improvement since our last visit! We were greeted enthusiastically by the manager (I wish I caught his name) upon arrival. This was very refreshing! The bartender was excellent, friendly, efficient and fast during our brief wait for our table. And our server (Jeremy) continued the trend of attentive service. Even the busser was fantastic! As always, the pizza was as excellent as it has always been (even when previous service experiences were sub-par). You have won us back!!!
