It's primarily staffed by a Dominican team that does a great job, which speaks to the stability and efficiency of the staff—an impressive feat given the high turnover common in many other locations. One minor drawback is the wait time, which can be noticeable even for online orders, although it's usually manageable. Overall, it's a solid choice for a meal.
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered a bowl with plant protein and guacamole, but I received very little, despite having paid extra for it. They clearly don't have a good grasp of portion sizes. My friend ordered three tacos, and those were also lacking; they mainly tasted sour. Additionally, there were very few chips included in the bag. I definitely would not recommend this place.
I placed an order on the app about 40 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They prepared my burrito incorrectly, using the wrong meat and not even wrapping it as I requested. Instead, they just placed it in a bowl and gave me a hot tortilla on the side. They also forgot to include the chips, but somehow included the drink I ordered. Overall, it was not a great experience.
I visit Chipotle once a week, and I have to say it's the worst location in Northern NJ. The staff always seem disinterested, with negative attitudes and expressions. My girlfriend and I have noticed a particular employee we call “Rationers” because we know we’re about to receive very small portion sizes when they’re working. The issue with portion sizes is so severe that we've received complimentary meals from Chipotle’s customer service due to the small servings. When we go to other Chipotle locations, we get enough food in our bowls to feel full and even have leftovers. However, the Wayne location makes us feel like we’re on strict food rations. Ultimately, it seems the employees and management don’t care; they consistently receive poor reviews in Northern NJ, yet nothing seems to change year after year. I would recommend avoiding this Chipotle if you’re driving through Willowbrook.
Dreadful service! they women work focused on talking to their friends standing between customers. another was on a video call and took her time to restock the missing items. the line was out of the door and it didn't matter to them. they were out of the flesh I had ordered so that she was one piece there and covered it with the bons. then took my bowl and pushed her away from the other young lady to tell her that she did nothing else with the order. it was my first time at this place and the last. I looked at the reviews and saw that many of the young women had experienced the same rude and evil attitude. it is sad because it actually worked two ladies. one was on command in the back, the other was on the front and was just as shocked about the other employee behavior.
