Bidra med feedbackI had a wonderful experience for the first time at this restaurant. Everyone was friendly, it was easy to locate what I wanted, and the cashier was helpful in making sure I found everything I needed. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit.
The selection was good and the store was clean, but their cashier Donna was extremely rude. Cut me in the middle of my sentences and tell me: “I have no time to help you now” and just go away. She needs better customer service training.
Only went there to buy Thanksgiving eve wine for Thanksgiving. I asked if the lady was open in the register, because she didn't signal that I'd come by or have eye contact with me. Their answer was “Of course I am open”. Her tone was very sarcastic. She talked to another employee and I didn't know if she worked, why I asked if her lead was open. After she had blown up my wine bottles, she immediately took her phone out and ignored me. No, thanks. I've never experienced so rude here.
Norman, the manager, is truly a wonderful person. He facilitated my exchange effortlessly! The world could use more individuals like him, especially since people have been quite rude lately. That really made my day! Thank you, Norman!
I don't normally give a 5 star on a review but the place was so neat and cleaned inside and out. Those flowers spread around the center truly add a tropical atmosphere to the whole place.
