Wetzel's Pretzels - Wayne

Went to one of the kiosk a few days ago and the young girl that took me, (i think her name was like Laisha) was so nice and helpful. She took my order and was so polite and efficient. Definitely will be going back!

The pretzels were enjoyable—hot, fresh, and ready to eat. I ordered both the regular and cinnamon varieties. Half of the bag was filled with cinnamon-topped pretzels, while the regular ones came coated in the usual butter. However, I found them a bit pricey; I spent nearly $11 for just two bags.

I was craving hot pretzels, and the manager truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. Dilal at Wetzel's is an outstanding manager who offers excellent customer service.

I had a pleasant experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels. It’s a fantastic spot to stop by after a long day of shopping. The pretzel bites paired with a cherry slushy are delicious! My only issue is that the total for these two items came to $12, which seems a bit excessive for what I received. Nonetheless, everything tasted great!
