Kfc - Waynesboro

We dined there last night and ordered chicken sandwiches and fries. They were hot and delicious! It was so good that we decided to go to Taco Bell tonight as well, and it was just as satisfying! The food was hot, the order was accurate, and it only took about three minutes to prepare our pretty large order. Kudos to whoever was working both last night and tonight—great job! Keep it up!

"While the restaurant does have its issues, the manager is very responsive and takes care of problems promptly. My only concern is with the staff who package the food, often the same person who takes your order; they sometimes forget our discussions at the register. I ordered white meat but received dark meat on two occasions. Nevertheless, the service is commendable, and the manager swiftly addresses any concerns. One more thing to note is the overflowing garbage bin; it seems to be constantly full, and the staff often just sift through it without taking any action. On a positive note, the bathroom is consistently stocked with soap and paper towels, which is certainly appreciated."

The service we received today was the best I've ever experienced. Our server was outstanding and did an excellent job. Thank you for the wonderful service!
