Horrible service. 15-20 minutes to place an order and another 30 minutes for food. Steak was lukewarm so complained and they took it away. They came back a few minutes later with the same steak and fries, probably just put it under the broiler for a minute or two. Fries were now overcooked. No corn in the cob, received overcooked frozen corn. Had to ask for steak sauce and ketchup. No one came to check if we needed anything else. When we were done we were advised we could have a complimentary dessert for our lengthy wait. Decided to decline as we were afraid we’d have to wait 30 minutes for that. No discount received. Few people left after waiting 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to take even a drink order. Wo t be going back to this location.

Good sirloin and fish with carrot cake and bread pudding prices are good service was good rum and coke good

A good burger or fish and chips for $10 less than the other franchises. A great place to meet friend(s) for an inexpensive pint or lunch. Open and bright atmosphere. Service good, and food comparable to competitors. Not disappointed after a dozen visits.

Food was very good and service was as well the desert was perfect and prices were decent. Would go again and recomend

We went to Chuck's on Dundas Street recently to watch a hockey game. The food was good, as usual but the most impressive part of the evening was our Bartender/Serve, Sava. She was pleasant and efficient. But, I was so pleasantly surprised to watch her attention to detail and ensuring she provided excellent customer service. One of the beer taps was not working properly and she had to pour head off and then continue to fill the glass. So that the person getting the glass wouldn't get beer on their hands, she would take the full glass and rinse the sides with clean water. Who does that??!! Well done Sava!
