Additionally, it’s concerning that the staff in both the kitchen and front of the house often wear their masks incorrectly, usually just pulled down to their chins. On the plus side, the food is usually good, and we genuinely enjoy it. However, the desserts have been particularly subpar. As someone in the restaurant business, I understand the importance of managing food costs, but serving poor-quality products is not an acceptable way to achieve that. This is a small-town establishment that we've loved supporting, but after our recent experiences—even after giving them multiple chances—we've decided we can no longer dine here. There are plenty of burger places nearby, and the competition is tough. It’s time for this restaurant to step up its game to retain valuable customers who spend their hard-earned money there. It's unfortunate, but we've made our decision.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The old-school, home-cooked meals are wonderful, and the burgers are top-notch. We travel all the way from Rogersville just to enjoy this place. The food is great, and the staff is extremely friendly. God bless them and their families!
