My first time at the Waffle Factory. Food was very good. Portion size was very good. Prices were a little high. The person behind the counter was very friendly and efficient. Our party of 3 and another party of 2 were the only customers so I don't know if they can handle busy but I will definitely be back! Delicious waffles with amazing texture and topppings. Food is brought to your table, takes about as long as a regular sit down restaurant for food to come out. Small dining area but we did not have trouble finding a seat at 10am on a Saturday. Whipped cream was $1 extra but so worth it. The owners clearly care about their customers and the food.
