Phet's Kitchen Pho Bbq - Weed

Great little hole in the wall tucked away here in Weed. One of the best beef larbs I've ever had.

Ordered the Ahi tuna it was supposed to be cooked medium rare but was well done like shoe leather and I couldn't eat it, I told the owner I would pay for half and he flew into a rage and ordered me to leave his restaurant and never return, I obliged and left with him extremely angry still yelling at me even into the street.

Phet’s Lao’der is a complete delight in Weed, CA. We had a great lunch of fresh spring rolls, locally sourced beef pho and tasty veggie stir fry with chicken. This place is bright and tidy with a welcoming owner. A little off the beaten path in Weed look for the bright orange tables and yellow chairs outside. Top notch!

Wow..food was absolutely flavorful, fresh delicious! Farm 2 table just great! Made from the heart taste! We had the beef tri tip pho the organic chicken wonton soup with Red Pork, Napa Cabbage, Bean Sprouts

Was in Weed in August 2022 with a friend hiking around Mt. Shasta. Found Phet’s and am glad we did. Phet and her husband Mickey were the best hosts, explaining the variety of food and providing great recommendations. Was so impressed with the food and Phet and Mickey, we went back a second time. We lucked out and got to eat recently foraged mushrooms from Mt. Shasta-delicious?. Will definitely go back again when in Weed.
