Pizza Factory - Weed

My experience at the restaurant was inconsistent, to say the least. Sometimes the food is great, but today it was quite disappointing. I ordered a pizza bread and a small vegetarian pizza with added chicken. After waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to wait near the counter. I noticed two small boxes sitting there and assumed they were empty. Almost 10 minutes later, I was finally asked for my name, and it turned out those two boxes were mine, sitting there getting cold. When I received my order, the pizza bread was lukewarm, and instead of the vegetarian pizza I ordered, I got a chicken pesto pizza that was also only lukewarm at best. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Pizza Factory is always delicious and perfect! It's hard to find good pizza in Siskiyou county, but this place is a must if you're in the town of Weed. Friendly and welcoming staff as well.

The food was satisfactory. However, when I inquired about a craft beer on tap, the server's response could have been more professional. Instead of mentioning his personal stance against alcohol, it would have been better for him to simply say he doesn't drink but could still describe the flavors and characteristics of the beer.

We stopped here on our way to Redding during our trip, and it was a nice change of pace from the food in Oregon. My fiancé and I each tried the Italian sub, and it was quite tasty. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, the meat tasted fresh, and the bread was nice and soft. I definitely recommend it and would stop by again. The only reason I didn’t give it a five-star rating is that the interior could use some updating and a good cleaning.

Since the new owners took over the quality of the food has improved 100%. These spaghetti and meatballs are good. We wish for more meatballs. The chicken wings are never over cook. The pizza is moist not dried out.
