The Bistro At The Grand Oaks Resort

Food was delicious and service was great! Cute little restaurant and bar. On lake with horses on property.

Staff was very friendly and prompt. Food was just ok. Onion soup didn't have much cheese and there were pieces of onion in it that were hard like maybe the skin of the onions. The triple decker had burnt toast. The burger was just ok. Needed lots of mayo to add flavor. Nice place but food could use some work.

We got dinner to go for 7 people. Paid $200 with 1 alcoholic beverage. The best thing was the sangria and the bartender was nice. But that's about where it ended. The pasta was bland, the chicken lacked flavor as well. The bacon was extremely burnt and we were not able to eat it. My mom had asked for mashed potatoes instead of a baked potato there was an up charge which we were fine with. And we never got mashed potatoes . The shrimp pasta was lacking seasoning as well and it was overall really disappointing. I'll order dominos next time and have it delivered to our RV vs dropping $200 for bland food.

They let me in a little before they were supposed to open! My omelette and coffee were awesome!! All fresh veggies. Also, my server was super nice and they atmosphere was great!
