The Bleu dog café is a hidden gem! Good morning drive to Welch for an amazing scratch-resistant breakfast. The exterior of the building needs a little DC, but you can say that they invest in the right places instead of fresh local ingredients, amazing staff and a large cook. The menu had really good variety, and everything we ate was delicious. We're coming back!

Outstanding food and great ambiance in a beautiful old brick building. The perfect way to fuel or unwind from your rafting, biking, or downhill skiing outing in Welch. Please keep the patio and ice cream window after Covid-19!

Shared glutton free pancakes with fruit compote and whipped cream and omlet with breakfast potatoes. Very generous portions; service was friendly. Ate outside and totally enjoyed the experience. Great stop after biking Cannon valley trail.
