Cowboy Kent Rollins' Coffee Shop

Nice shop. Had hot chocolate and blueberry muffin. Both really good. Had hoped to meet Kent and Shannon but not here?. Bought Christmas gifts. Will continue to enjoy Cowboy Kent on YouTube ?

Fantastic coffee shop. Highly recommend their breakfast burritos with a hot cup of coffee. Small town Texas hospitality just doesn't get any better.

Cute atmosphere friendly people and even though I'm not a coffee drinker I bought a chai latte! Best one I've ever had. Spiced so clean and aromatic. My husband had ice tea as it was in the 90's but we had to try their biscuits and gravy. YUMMO! Biscuits as big as the palm of your hand split to show their tender moist centers covered in smooth creamy sausage gravy. Very pleased with our whole experience. Chatted with a nice local and a real treat to visit with Shannon Rollins, the laundry/cook as she called herself. We live pretty far away but definitely recommend and will be back if we're out this way again. We do buy their cookbooks and seasonings that we've found at our local Atwood's store. Try them out.

I just had my third visit to the coffee shop this morning and took an out-of-town guest with me. I found it excellent as usual and my daughter rates it as fantastic. We had brunch and she had a fancy drink with a blueberry muffin whilst I stuck with the coffee and breakfast burrito which is my favorite way to start the afternoon. I had to be told about Cowboy's from an out-of-town relative who follows Rollins' cooking shows so maybe I was one of the last locals to discover the shop. That relative and others are planning visits in part just to visit the coffee shop. It is grand!

The owner of thus coffee shop gave my family a free puppy one time and the coffee is pretty good to.
