We visit the Royal Palm location (155 SR7) daily and truly enjoy the food; however, our experience is often marred by our interactions with Shannon, who claims to be the manager. She is consistently rude and disrespectful. When I requested the contact information for the owners, she refused to provide it. I explained why I wanted to speak with the owner, but instead of taking responsibility or offering an apology, she continued to insult me and ultimately hung up the phone. The owner should seriously reconsider her role in the team!

I absolutely love their sandwiches because they are made with fresh, homemade ingredients every day. It's definitely worth going out of your way to find this place!

This is an excellent JJs! There's a particular server on the daytime shift who is truly exceptional! He must be a manager or something, as he is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! This is definitely my go-to JJs! They are also very accommodating to service animals!

Outstanding sandwiches, but you need more help to keep the sandwiches you hold customers waiting for long

I ordered online at 5:10pm and someone called me immediately after I placed the order stating he had 7 other deliveries before mine. I replied, That 's fine, as long as I get my order. An hour later I called to follow up on my order, and they said they are closed. Ryan Murphy, the manager, informed me they were not able to deliver. His excuse was he had other orders to attend to, but I guess mine is not important. This is not the first time I get disappointed with their service, and I always give them chances to go back to them.
