Panera Bread - Wellington

Always know I will receive the meal I expect. Great staff, nice interior, all at good value.

We placed an order at this restaurant and, although they acknowledged it, we did not receive our bread. Everyone knows that bread is the best part of an order from Panera. When I called to inquire about the missing bread, they told me I needed to pick it up myself, which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery in the first place. Additionally, my salad had rotten tomatoes in it.

This is an amazing establishment. I love the service that I am given. I order very simple a avocado sandwich and they give in return an amazing meal. Would recommend times ten. All the staff is friendly to me and I don't have to wait long for my order. I will be getting my breakfast meal from here all the time

I called to exchange my canned Pepsi for a fountain Pepsi. Tiffany provided excellent customer service and assisted me promptly. I was very impressed and pleased with the amazing attitude she displayed.
