Spring Kitchen - Wellington

I enjoyed a delicious three-course lunch. The food was outstanding in flavor. Our server, Aatiqah, was quick and attentive, providing excellent service with a smile throughout our visit. The combination of great food, attentive service, and the fantastic atmosphere of the restaurant made for a wonderful experience.

The catch of the day, creme brulee and cocktails were absolutely amazing! The mango bellini, cucumber sour and tommy maragarita were super yummy

Beautiful food. I'd describe it as Indian Fusion there's something for virtually everyone here, and even when strong flavours are used, they're often used delicately never overpowering the other parts of the meal. The atmosphere is reasonable, located on the 1st floor there's very little other noise or foot traffic to distract from conversation. The wine menu was put together well, with wines to match every menu option. The staff were incredibly attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu items and wines. If you're after a spot for a nice dinner or a business lunch Wellington's central business district, this is definitely a fantastic choice and well recommended.

When we visited, the ambience was just right. The restaurant is quite new, so it wasn't crowded, making us feel like we had the place to ourselves! Even with other guests, the seating is well-spaced, ensuring you never feel cramped. If you're in a small group, I recommend sitting at the tables by the bar; there's something about that spot that exudes an old-school, high-roller vibe—it's incredibly posh. The food is top-notch as well. We only tried the pizza, and it was outstanding—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and not a burnt piece in sight. The drinks were the highlight of our visit. With so many options, we were a bit overwhelmed, so we asked the bartender to create something citrusy and sweet for us. He delivered a fantastic drink that not only looked great but tasted even better. Overall, our experience here was fantastic. Since we were staying at the DoubleTree, it was incredibly convenient, but even if you aren't, the restaurant's central location makes it a great choice for your next night out!

We went to Spring Kitchen for dinner and have been served with exceptionally delicious food and drinks. My medium rare steak was cooked to perfection. The burger was so tasty. The service was also good which made it such a great night for the family.
