Ralph's Crystal Lounge - WELLSVILLE

I am quite dissatisfied with my experience. I visited this restaurant and the bartender was overly chatty, to the point of being rude. He wouldn’t stop talking. Additionally, I found a large hair in my burger, which was unpleasant.

It could benefit from some renovations, but overall, it has a great atmosphere.

Excellent service and friendly staff. It's a wonderful spot for playing pool, with fantastic music and delicious food!

Okay food, normal drinks (bartender claimed she didn't know how to make a long island and refused when we gave her the recepie), terrible bartender who gets into conversations with customers just to insult them. Do yourself a favor and get a membership at the Eagles if you drink in town a few times a year.

Ashley is amazing! She's incredibly sweet and friendly.
