Leo's And Grill - Wenatchee

The (current) bar call is great! The food is good and always a happy hour to catch. Somethibg different daily.

We ordered our appetizer and didn't receive it for an hour. We waited 2 hours to receive food. When we did receive it, they didn't get the order correct. They took the food back and brought the correct food, but it was cold. The price was extremely high for the service and quality of the food. The waitress was very friendly, but the cooks could not keep up with the orders and it was clear to the other patrons around us who were dealing with the same service. It was very difficult for us the pay the $95 for the meal and tip the waitress (which we did) even though we did not have the bst experience. Would probably not eat there again.

Service was slow inaccurate, live music was VERY LOUD so much that the seats were vibrating couldn't hear conversations). We left after an hour.

I just ordered a salad to go from Leo's. I walked in looked at the menu and ordered a prawn salad. I waited for almost a half an hour when they said it would only be 10 minutes. The guy who was a server was friendly but the other woman at the front had no customer service skills whatsoever. I ended up getting the salad and it was no bigger than a dinner salad and it promised avocados and tomatoes in a bunch of different stuff on it that it did not have. It was a mixture of iceberg lettuce and some spinach and shredded carrots and a few pieces of Apple which was really weird. There were a few friends that were dried up and shriveled and they were definitely not prawns. Total was $13 and I don't even think it's worth going in there to try to get my money back.

The nachos were really gross. Wow. Couldn't even eat them all cuz the chips were soooo, just overly fried and greasy. Bad service too. There was no other customers there, but yet we never were checked on after they took our order. We felt like no one even cares, or even wanted us there. Crazy
