Great lesson for 12 years old kids and me from this Starbucks Keep your receipt and don't trust their staff.Last Friday morning (March 1st), my daughter purchased a drink (mocha cold foam), and a lid for a cup. When we asked the cashier: is the lid matched the cup's, she said yes. We trusted her. My daughter paid in cash, and when she grabbed her drink, she just left the receipt in the trash can beside the waiting place. After she came back home, the lid could not match the cup. We thought, just 7 bucks, let it be; but put it in the home, it was like trash. I went to return, today (March 5th), I brought it to return. They said without a receipt I couldn’t return it. So I asked if I could make an exchange or look up the transaction. They said “no” again, no receipt, no service. Their firm and prejudiced attitude is very uncomfortable, they are assuming I was a thief trying to return a measly $7 lid. With that, I took my lid, I left. It's a really horrible service.
Think this Starbucks need some help…The girl who took my order was standing at the end of the counter with a mop. Long story short took three try’s to get my order right. Haha. After they gave me an ice water when I clearly said “English Breakfast Tea Latte” I wanted to leave. Haha.
I always ordered the white chocolate breve. Iced or hot it's good both ways!
Always fast and super friendly service. I love how Starbucks always has something new for their customers to try! This is what keeps me coming back over and over again. My experience today was great 2 employees working the store was not too busy but they were staying busy cleaning. My drink was good and my service was fast!Thanks Starbucks for another great experience!Parking: Easy parking and it was free!
