Papa Johns - Wentzville

This was a terrible load! the last three times I ordered it was at least 90 minutes. the first time, no one thought to worry, probably just busy. once again a month later and again wait terrible on Tuesday and also 90 minutes. after this time I got a good license in the post for a free pizza with them to know how bad the service was. I thought I'd try it again, and this time it took 2 hours until I finally called and was put in rest for 15 minutes. they said the order will be another 20 minutes, I just said to announce it. I have deleted the app and will never eat papa johns again.

Absolute establishment ever worst. I gave them the advantage of the doubt after my last order of me simple pfefferoni pizza lasted 2.5 hours. exactly the same order and the same happens. I call the load to see what could happen at the 2 hour mark, and the pizza has not even been put into the over. Nevertheless, the annoying school worker had a handful of presentations about the whole situation. will never spend another penny here. platz needs new management asap. I know the people are short staffed, but fire the entire store.

Delivery 1 a.m. 20 minutes before. 48-58 minutes currently: 48-58 minutes"Buy the load, hold, wait, wait. call them back, hold them back. could I have my pizza or my money back? or could I talk to someone?

We did not have papa john’s in a past, but after tonight we will definitely be back to the wentzville situation! a great experience.

I don’t usually post reviews but this place is terrible. The tracker said our order was delivered and it never was. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone was so rude and didn’t believe me when I told her it hadn’t been delivered. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. If I ever talked to a customer at my job like this lady talked to me I’d be fired. Never again will I order from this place.
