Well decorated, personalized and managed. Great food well prepared; Choices include sandwiches, pasta, salads, pizza, and appetizers bound to request. Grotto is the hidden jewel in the Wentzville area. It's always busy, but it's worth waiting. Look at her!

We had high expectations and it exceeded them! Friends told us good things about The Grotto Grill, and we had to try it. We really enjoyed the drunken fries appetizer. The shrimp fettuccine is amazing! Like from another world! The apple crisp was a great dessert too. We will 100% be back.

Absolutely delicious. Got the Rib Eye sammich, it was phenomenal. Best steak sandwich I've ever eaten. The Drunken Fries were also top notch. Corn nuggets are now my favorite form of corn. They say they close at 8pm (Friday), but at 7:30pm there was still a line of people waiting to be seated. Highly recommend The Grotto Grill.

The best roast beef sandwich I've ever had, huge portions and fair prices for the portion size you get. The place was busy but we got our food quickly and the building didn't feel too crowded. Love that they bring pitchers of whatever you're drinking to the table so you don't have to wait for refills each time! The dining room was very clean and they kept up with it well, I'll befinitely be going back
