Bidra med feedbackAdditionally, the staff were very sparing with condiments, napkins, and spices; I had to request each item instead of being able to help myself at the drinks counter like in many other BK locations. There wasn't a selection of teas available for self-service either. I might stop by again if I'm in a hurry and need a quick bite, but I won't make it a regular stop. On a positive note, I did appreciate the new pricing for nuggets—8 for just $1!
To start, the cashier clearly seemed unhappy in her job; her demeanor was flat and lacking any enthusiasm. It felt like she needed an energy drink just to engage in a conversation. There was a complete absence of customer service. When I inquired about a deal, she spoke so quietly that it was hard to hear her. Despite that, I did receive my food on time, so there's that.
This is honestly the worst Burger King I've ever visited. They've messed up my orders multiple times by forgetting either a side or a drink. I've also experienced long waits at the drive-thru, where I've sat for 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. Even after asking if anyone was available, there was still no response during their supposed opening hours. It's absolutely absurd. I even saw two employees inside, but they weren't helping at all.
The two for ten fish combo is very good. All of the tables were dirty we had to clean our table the best we could so we could sit and eat
Every time I come here, my order always gets messed up. They don?t pay attention and always get it wrong! Make sure you always check your food once you get it!
