Fiesta Tex Mex - Weslaco

Food portions for the price is probably why this place is so popular. The salsa with the chips is definitely more Tex than Mex.. we called shortly before heading in to see if they had menudo, was told yes, arrived 15 minutes after that call, and then told NO, by the waitress. Honestly the tortilla quality of their tacos is poor.. Jose cafecitos has better quality, same price and portions. Just way better quality. Next time I'll just stick to pure Mexican restaurants.

Got there at 930 and didn’t get the food until around 1130. I’d understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. The waitress showed her face maybe twice at our table. Food was mid at best and for the price I’d except bigger portions. Won’t go back. I’ll stick to Jose cafecitos or sunrise cafe . Also, make sure you don’t get seated in the other room because the staff will forget about you and not refill anything

Food was excellent. Place was busy so it was noisy. Very slow with the coffee and waited awhile for our bill.

Since noone ever answered the phone when I called I guess I'll put my complaint here, so yes the barbacoa is really good but I paid a glass of salsa and the veggies which is close to $5 more and yet again they didn't put it and I didn't find out until I got home and I'm not going back for it so I tried calling several times and call would ring forever and hang up I guess next time I will definetly not order any extras just the Barbacoa, so heads up people you can't trust them you have yo check your order closely before leaving.
