Teddy’s Barbecue - Weslaco

Went one morning for breakfast. It was worth the wait in line outside. We have been a couple times for dinner and bring our out of town guests here! The price and joy of Weslaco! One morning it was slow and the owner’s wife herself was taking care of the dining area. We had a wonderful little conversation and it just makes you feel good when you have good food and great convos.

Came in and was blown away. Absolutely hands down recommend the pork belly, and was impressed with the barbacoa, so fresh and basically melts in your mouth, not the mention the tortillas are fresh, the egg was cooked just right, breakfast taken to a whole new level will definitely be back for

First time checking Teddy's BBQ out, and I was very impressed! I got the trinity platter, everything from the brisket (lean) to the sausage link (jalapeño cheddar) (pork ribs) was absolutely delicious. It was the most moist lean brisket I've ever had! It's one of the best mac and cheese's ive had. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Overall, if you are in the valley looking for good barbeque, definitely check Teddy's out. You won't regret it.

We visited, and we're so surprised and satisfied with the food. Best barbecue we've had. No wonder they are the top 50. We highly recommend it. We tried the moist brisket, pork belly sliced, jalapeno cheese sausage, sides creamed corn, loaded mashed potatoes, corn bread, and for dessert banana ? pudding delicious very light.We will be back again. Everyone was so nice and made us feel welcomed I was having one of the worst days. One bite of the world's softest flavor packed brisket fixed everything wrong in the world. The pickles were amazing. Everything was perfect some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had at a BBQ place.
