Oscar's Frozen Custard - West Allis

You should know I'm often Oscar at Hwy 100. I didn't check this restaurant in pretty awhile. That means the most important thing I want to say is that the opposing people are incredible. The order was taken quickly, with a smile and exactly. The food was hot and delicious. The chefs at the grill are visible experts and the burgers, curls and rings were grilled and prepared for perfection. Everything was still hot when I served it at home two miles away. Treat this restaurant as they really care about the satisfaction of their customers.

Great custard! A good value, and fast service. They have very unique Flavors of the Day which I appreciate. And the interior decor is cool too!

My family has loved your pitch since the beginning! It is our first choice when we go for our favorite negotiation. That was my brother's first job (as 20 years ago), it's my favorite place for a burger and a shake, and my mother calls for 1-2 half gallons of her favorite taste a few times a month! My only complaint is that in the last few months no one answers the phones. Tonight, for example (8/31/22), I called 4 times with the first being shortly after 8:00 and the whole phone was ring and ring, every time. I called the site in Waukesha just to keep some of today's taste for tomorrow, because I didn't have time to run and pick up, and they answered after the first ring.. Hopefully this is a relatively simple solution, because we love Oscar's Frozen Custard and I would like to give you the 5-star rating you deserve otherwise!

It used to be a place where I liked to go, having decent food? This has changed significantly. Since today, after it wasn't in the awhile, food was very low, looked bad and tasted even worse. I'm hungry and I still couldn't get it all- it was so hard to get down despite all the fat. felt so sick after eating the burger, and stomach is terrible. Never back?

Stopped in this location yesterday on the lunch hour. I have to say that the first thing I noticed was the camaraderie of the staff. They all seemed happy and moved with hustle! Dion took my order and was very pleasant and kind. Thanks Dion! The food was great and the custard was over the top! Overall great experience. Sandy Heinz
