Finally, three more employees came up and our order was finally taken over. there was no single donut to see. that is definitiw not the same restaurant from the good old days!
This situation is always great! I use the app for mobile ordering and it is always fast. I had no bad experience and I visited this place. coffee is always hot and fresh and tastes great! eating is always hot. the staff is always friendly and very helpful.
If they use the mobile app, prepare to be disappointed. most of the time they want is not on camp. Nothing they can do is a refund. they just try to do something else. app gives them no opportunity to say something was wrong next to a useless question that tells them someone will call them. find dieucks if you want to be disappointed. three times a month, I had ordered a cursed one. will not be back.
Was greeted by two people, nice, let me look around. ask if I have to ask. Nice. I waited for someone and really didn't know what I wanted. so the gal hot coco ohh that made sound good. yes, please ask the whip? oh, that made my day.. it was pretty good. service was really great.
Went to Dunkin donuts in West bend today, went inside this morning because they don't make my coffee right unless I go in. I had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 coffees. They were only focusing on the drive-thru that's not right and had three people working the drive thru. Customers inside we're standing around waiting and the lady never acknowledged anybody this is the worst Dunkin' donuts I have ever been to why can't they get it right. Remember we're paying for these coffees that are not free.....smh.
