Little Caesars Pizza - West Bend

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a large order for a work party and had it ordered. I ordered through the website and it was delivered through DoorDash. I called the store and the person on the phone did not even say hi. I told her I placed an orderand gave her my name. I told her I was missing a pizza, I ordered 5 pizzas and only received 5. She said I was wrong and thatshe knew she gave the delivery driver 5 pizzas. I said well I received 4 to which she said again I was wrong because she gavehim 5. I understand that this error was possibly on DoorDash but I was not expecting this lady to snap at me the way she didwhen all I did was tell her what I received. She was very nasty and rude. I called door dash and they were very nice and fixedthe problem. I didn?t need to be yelled at.

This is the 3rd time we get pizzas that are missing cheese in the middle... what the heck is that ???? next time I am making them remake them

SECOND time I have eaten here and got increadably SICK!!! Not sure what happened but I used to go here all the time. NEVER AGAIN!!! OWNER NEEDS TO HAVE A SERIOUS TALK THIS THE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS THEY HIRED ABOUT AFFECTING PEOPLES FOOD. REALLY HOPE SOMEONE DOES NOT GET HOSPITALIZED SOME DAY. PROPER FOOD PREPERATION IS NOT A JOKE.

Pizza dude Max was super cool. Always hot n fresh when I pickup, thankyou??????

Ordered online. Pizza was hot and in the warmer at the time I requested.
