Qdoba Mexican Eats - West Bend

This lady just crushed my burrito into submission. Made it an absolute trainwreck to try to eat. Guac literally everywhere. Tastes good but dear God you had one job...

I?m a door dash driver and tonight I watched the 3 people working absolutely do an amazing job! They were super busy but kept their cool and handled each order with accuracy and proficiency. I was amazed watching them work while I waited for the orders. Hats off to a great staff!

First time trip to Qdoba and it was awful. The queso was stone cold they don't have white meat grilled chicken they only have adobo grilled to chicken. The fajita vegetables were crispy not grilled down.

Stood in line for 20 minutes. There were 4 people ahead of me when I walked in for my lunch break. I have a 30 minute window for food during work and 4 people is not typically a big deal but he sheer amount of call in orders were slowing service to a crawl. IMO: you need to prioritize the people standing in your restaurant at least in so far as acknowledging the delays and making people aware of the issue. Food was up to the normal standard however which was nice.

I always love qdoba but I don't know it's just something missing it's like they're not putting quality food out anymore
