Bidra med feedbackThe custard certainly is fresh but there is just something different about Carvel today versus Carvel years ago. It feels like the soft serve is over-whipped and almost dry. It used to be moist and creamy but now it feels almost like the cream is overchurned and on the verge of breaking.
Ice cream tasted funny thank I stick with Dairy Queen's. The chocolate syrup tasted weird also.
I ordered 5 items Carvel only sent 4. I was charged for all 5. Not cool.
Only received 1 ice cream instead of the 2 that I ordered
