Orchid Garden - West Carrollton

The portions were smaller than I expected. I ordered the triple delight, and unfortunately, I was up at 2 AM with vomiting and diarrhea. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

The food was edible, but I wouldn't eat here again.

I only order delivery from Orchid Garden because I think they offer the best food in the area. The delivery staff is always friendly, and the food consistently arrives hot and fresh.

I order from Orchid Garden all the time.The food is always really good and I would recommend this restaurant.

Beware of online ordering. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and the online ordering ruined everything. I called after my delivery order was sent as pickup. I was met with nothing but hostility as if I was in the wrong. I offered to come pick up my order as there was obviously a language barrier to overcome on the phone. I showed up, explained. She ripped my head off again so I told her I’d like to have my money back. Immediately a phone camera came out and she called the police. The police came, we agreed that the restaurant was at fault but I would need to take them to small claims court to get my money returned. I left without food or my money and they lost a 20 year customer because of their lack of professionalism
