Insomnia Cookies - West Chester

We discovered Insomnia a year ago and ordered every so often until we did a trial of Cookie Magic. This is their membership/ monthly subscription and it equals free delivery plus one free cookie per day as well as one deluxe cookie for $1 (per day). It's a really good deal. The cookies are—we think—made out of magic because they are still gooey long after delivery. And they are just really good. The mini cookies are especially delightful and a 12-pack of mini cookies is only $6.75. And, as if delicious cookies weren't enough, the delivery service is the best I've ever experienced. My kids and I will order from Insomnia and—no joke—within five minutes, we will get a text that our order is en route. It is quick...unless they are using a third-party service because of staffing issues. If that's the case, the delivery is terrible. It takes a long time and the driver always gets lost. But that doesn't happen too often. One final note...we usually stick with chocolate chip, but try the limited-time options because my middle daughter doesn't like chocolate chip much. They've been hit or miss, but we recently tried the oatmeal raisin and it was beyond amazing.

Second time attempting to get something from here yet once again the employees fail to recognize there is a customer standing in line. Entered the store and we were the only people in line while there was a gentlemen loading/unloading what looked like a freezer in the back. He looked at us multiple times but made no attempt to take our order or alert another employee. Would love to try this place but it looks like my money would be better spent elsewhere.

The cookies are good but a bit overrated and they didn't even have some of the most popular cookies either available or they wouldn't be ready for 20 minutes. My place order was incorrect and I didn't notice till I was gone. It was pretty crowded but it's in a busy part of town. It seemed a bit understaffed so I guess I can understand why the girl seemed annoyed with everyone

When my dog passed away, my daughter sent me a box of treats, and it really lifted my spirits during a tough time. They were delicious, and I loved them! I’ll definitely be ordering more.

I love Insomnia Cookies, and this location is the closest to me, which is why I visit frequently. However, I've noticed a recurring issue with their online orders. They often leave something out or give me the wrong order. For instance, on Mother's Day, I treated myself to their vegan ice cream and cookie, but they forgot the cookie. Since we were quite a distance from the shop when I realized this, I was extremely disappointed. I've come to realize that mistakes happen with our online orders quite often. Just tonight, my fiancé's order was completely wrong, and I've decided it's time to leave a review. As much as I adore the cookies, something needs to change. The problem seems to be specifically with online orders; when you go in and order, they usually double-check everything to ensure it’s correct!
