Byob A Boba Company - West Covina

It is with deep sorrow that I give this place 3 stars when in the past it has definitely deserved 5. My friend told me this place wasn't good but I got into quite the heated argument defending this place because my last two visits were great. Unfortunately, today's drink leaned towards my friend's argument. I usually get the green apple caramel drink with boba and they knock it out of the park. I mean straight 10 stars. But this time it was mid. Not good not terrible just meh. Maybe it was a new worker or something but I'm definitely willing to give it another go.

Very friendly staff , 7 months pregnant here and my craving is boba . They are very helpful in explaining each drink . Great atmosphere inside . And great tasting drinks and sweet treats, definitely recommend if you are ever in the areaFood: 5/5

Always a great experience! This time I got the Honeydew Me (large) but instead of a smoothie I got a slush and mixed it with Peach flavor and Lychee popping boba. Super yummy!Kid-friendliness: Very family/kid friendly boba place, everyone's always super nice. The claw machines are nearly impossible to win.

Got the Vietnamese coffee and it was strong and tasty. I really like the tall cups. A large drink after tax was about $8. Kind of high but I wanted the cup. Cool interior and cool grocery store in the plaza.The food looked/smelled good but we didn't order any. The popcorn chicken was about $9 an order and it appeared to be a snack-sized portion.

So glad I stumbled on this gem. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. She recommended what is now my favorite boba drink Oolong tea with wintermelon and boba. I actually tasted the brewed tea and it was delicious. I am going to find excuses to come out this way as often as I can. It's located in the Hong Kong Market, which looks like it is being remodeled and has a lot of new, great looking restaurants to try.
