Wingstop - West Covina

The staff at this restaurant is unskilled and careless. Despite calling for assistance, customers are often attended to by employees who seem uninterested and poorly trained. Orders are frequently forgotten and customers are given false promises regarding delivery times. Overall, the staff appears confused and disorganized.

The service was excellent, we were in and out in no time. We placed our order and within 7 to 8 minutes, our food was ready. Boom.

The food was delicious and worth the price. However, the waiting area could use a bit more cleaning.

Like I said this was an awful place to buy hot wings they were very dry and hard for $26 I could’ve gone somewhere else and gotten a better tasting meal. Apparently this is not the first time they serve chicken that taste and looks like a day old or even a week old. How ridiculous to know that they’re making so much money serving F grade it chicken I’ll make sure the city finds out about this!
