Bidra med feedbackWhen I went back inside later, my pizza was still sitting there while they continued their discussions. They asked me to hold on yet again, while they remained unproductive and engrossed in their personal lives. After having to remind them three times that my pizza was just sitting there, they finally boxed it up for me. I asked if they made it as I ordered, and naturally, they hadn't. I ended up just asking for a refund. I won't be returning to this place. The tattooed staff member was rude when I pointed out that my order was sitting there while I waited. The whole experience was completely unprofessional. They really need to hire employees who take their jobs seriously. Customers pay for a service, not to listen to casual conversations and deal with bad attitudes.
I don't know her name but the kitchen worker tonight made awesome pizza. The checkout staff were good too. This Casey's went through a rough spell with lack of staff but they are recovering nicely. Good job everyone!
I put in an order online for a pizza. They are apparently out of chicken, which I have no problem with, but they didn't tell me until I got here and asked for my order. I've now been waiting 20 minutes for my replacement. I'm not sure why the app requires you to give a phone number if not to prevent exactly this kind of situation. They also did this to at least two other customers who are also standing around waiting for their orders.
When did this Casey?s because it?s close to my work for lunch, I got a slice of cheese pizza and while it was hot and fresh it was not very good(it was dry) all the staff were very nice though!
I placed my pizza order 50 minutes ago and was expecting it to be ready on time. However, when I checked, it hadn’t even been started. Normally, I’m quite patient, but this is just unacceptable. It seems like the store is either understaffed or the employees don’t really care.
