Kao San Thai - West Dorset

During my sister's 40th birthday weekend getaway, we stayed nearby and decided to order Thai takeout on Sunday. When we went to pick it up, my uncle and I had a great time chatting with Anyawee and Mon. They even threw in a few Singa beers for us to enjoy with our meal, at no extra cost! The food was piping hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, not to mention very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!

At first glance, the slightly worn exterior of this restaurant may not be appealing, but don't be discouraged. Kao San Thai Restaurant offers top-notch Thai cuisine at affordable prices. The service from the friendly and efficient lady who served us was excellent, and the restaurant is open late every night. We had a delightful evening and highly recommend dining here.

Great friendly service amazing food, very reasonably priced too. Went for the set menu c and it was such good value for money. Cannot wait to return! Date of visit: March 2024

We haven’t been here in years and it was so lovely! Great to see the restaurant busy and easy to see why. The food was delicious and the service was brilliant despite the restaurant being full. We will definitely be back, so nice to go somewhere outside of Brewery Square.
