Bidra med feedbackThis place is simply amazing! I tried the pesto pasta, and it was so good that I could have gone back for seconds, but I was already full before finishing half the bowl. The pizza we ordered was a perfect 10 out of 10! The dough is wonderfully seasoned and has loads of flavor. The interior is a bit small, but it's very cozy. Definitely worth every penny!
Fantastic service and even better pizza! The wood-fired oven lets you see your pizza being cooked, which only takes about 8 minutes. Oh my goodness, it was delicious! The salads were fresh as well. The Smoky Old Fashioned cocktail was delightful! However, the wine pours were a bit light—about an ounce less than expected. I highly recommend this pizza and will definitely be back!
Enticed by the promise of delicious wood-fired pizza, the three of us arrived for dinner at 5:45 on a Saturday and were seated right away. The decor is modern and minimalist, featuring wood floors and industrial exposed beam ceilings. However, the lack of fabrics and sound-absorbing materials means it can get quite loud when the restaurant is full. You might want to check the SoundPrint website for more information on noise levels. We ordered the pig and fig pizza, the prosciutto and Parmesan pizza, and cacio e pepe pasta. The pig and fig was a substitute for the wild mushroom pizza, which was no longer available. This pizza features bacon and prosciutto topped with a drizzle of fig jam. The prosciutto and Parmesan pizza comes with arugula and can be made with marinara or a Bianca sauce (olive oil and garlic). Due to some food sensitivities, we opted for both pizzas as Biancas, and they were both excellent. The toppings included freshly shaved Parmesan, prosciutto, and high-quality arugula. The standout element here is the pizza dough, which is perfectly cooked—crispy and crusty on the outside with delightful little bubbles, yet chewy without being tough. As for the cacio e pepe, it’s served with fresh-made pasta, and you can definitely taste the difference. The pasta is tender, with that distinctive al dente texture and a bit of springiness in the noodles. I highly recommend this dish. Skip the other pretenders in the area like Dough, Billy Bricks, and head straight here—this is the spot to visit!
Got me a martini and 3 sips in I was so tipsy literlly the best martini I?ve ever tried taste 1000/10! Food is amazing aswell I started off with a bread appetizer and omg literlly the bomb.com highly recommend! So sad tho I wish they were open longer onSunday ! Such a great spot
