Jimmy John's - West Fargo

Waited quite a while for our order considering we ordered ahead by the app. Also, our sandwiches were dry of dressing compared to every other time we order those particular sandwiches.

This Jimmy Johns has the best workers ever!!! They were so sweet even after I called them multiple times trying to figure out how to explain the instructions to make the delivery to my apartment complex. They even gave me and my sister a free cookie!???? Thank you guys so much!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. I visit frequently, and they always provide excellent service.

The service was incredibly fast, and the sandwiches were both high-quality and well-prepared.

I had a mix-up with my order (my mistake!), which resulted in me getting tomato and mayo on my sandwich. Due to my autism, I have significant texture issues, so I decided to call the manager (I can't remember his name, but I hope I’m at the right location). He was incredibly accommodating and didn’t hesitate to remake my sandwich. Many places might have just shrugged it off and said it was my fault, but he really went above and beyond.
