Starbucks - West Fargo

Shout to Anthony for an order I ordered wrong. He did my day! I'm gonna come back to this Starbucks because of him.

My frappe was delicious, customer service great, and they were very efficient!

Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. Spent 15 min in the drive through and there was only 2 cars infront of us. We ordered a large carmel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. They made it with extra carmel. And to top it off I didn't see a single drizzle of carmel anywhere in this cup. The whip topping they put on was half melted and couldn't see anything on top of the whip but a small dime sized dab of carmel. I saw not one peice of the crunch topping. And the drunk itself was half melted. When I went in and told them that I didn't want the drink they started to tell me how I was wrong about the drink I ordered. I will NEVER spend a single dollar at this location. The staff and the products are horrible at there jobs.

I genuinely love this Starbucks, the workers are always pleasant in the drive thru and get my order correct even when it?s complicated. Today I tried a new drink and they put a cute decorative sticker on my cup ???? so sweet

Mobile order. Two Venti drinks, one cold and one hot, both made right. The staff is helpful and courteous. You have outside and inside seating. The inside seating has a warm feeling with the decorations for the holidays. The drive thru is not set up well you have two entrances making it confusing for ppl when they get to the front.
