Website was messed up, said I ordered 4 pizzas when I had only ordered 2. 1 of them was not cut the way I had requested. We had a major issue with the Papa John's app, namely the papa dough portion. Got in touch with customer service and literally within minutes we received a call from the owner/manager wanting to make everything right. Andi went out of her way to fix the issue and should be commended. Thanks again and we will definitely be back! Twice I have ordered a pizza form Papa John's West Frankfort and told the order taker my address which has five numbers. Each time the order taker repeated the first three numbers I thought I had finally got it through the person's head that the address had five number; however, each time I received a telephone call from the delivery person wanting to know my address. By the time the delivery person got to my house, the pizza was half cold. Never again. I hope this new pizza place going in on Main Street has good pizza.

Messed up order followed by terrible customer service. I've never had an issue before and had a manager refuse to get on the phone. Left me to deal with somebody that was clearly unqualified to be dealing with customers. Will never order from here again. I don't care about refunds; I care about whether or not the mess up is going to happen again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Workers over there were rude disrespectful and I had to wait outside in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes to get my pizza while they were standing outside talking on their cell phones and doing whatever they want outside and they have the doors locked and everything and totally ignored me out there I would like to speak to someone that runs that store because I was very rude and disrespectful
